Kevin Cottle is 17. He'll be a senior at Bishop O'Reilly.
He’s an active member of the Forty Fort Fire Company and a practicing EMT, but he responds to emergencies on his mountain bike, customized with the same equipment as any ambulance....all bought with his own money. And he’s usually the first responder on the scene.
