This is the Outdoor Expo you have been waiting for! Located in Scranton, Pennsylvania the Riverfront Sports facility is over 88,000 square feet of indoor space! Presented by Riverfront Sports and FOX56 WOLF-TV, the Great Outdoors Expo will host more than 200 national and local exhibitors showcasing hunting gear, fresh and saltwater fishing tackle, boats, taxidermists, sportsmen's organizations, plus biking enthusiasts, ATVs, automobiles, extreme sports and much more.

The Great Outdoors Expo is designed to showcase the outstanding outdoor recreational opportunities available in the area. Local and national merchants will have the opportunity to exhibit the latest equipment while developing their customer base. Demonstrations, clinics and seminars are offered to introduce visitors to new and different outdoor experiences. Experts will encourage you to participate as they share their inspirational stories of the great outdoors.

Our long term goal is to gain enough support from both vendors and patrons to continue the expo as an annual event in Scranton. In the short term our expectations are to give the vendors what they need to make the event profitable for them and to run efficiently. To help each vendor directly we will have expo staff on hand to assist in unloading as many vendors as possible. To pull in as many patrons as possible, the Great Outdoors Expo will launch an extensive marketing effort.

The campaign includes print advertising and will include an on-air commercial scheduled plus live remotes by several local radio stations. With the expo powered by the three television stations, FOX56 WOLF-TV, CW WSWB, and MyNetworkTV WQMY, we plan a nine month on-air campaign. The nine months will climax with live break-ins during the four day expo to highlight the celebrities, vendors and excitement the expo has to offer.

Feedback thus far has been positive. Requests for booth space has been impressive. The outdoor community obviously wanted a new kind of outdoor expo and The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports is the answer! If you have any questions, give us a call.
