the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by FOX56 WOLF TV
and NEPAtoday.com (hereinafter "The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront
Sports") with offices located at 1181 Highway 315, Plains, PA 18702
USA. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to rules, guidelines,
policies, terms and conditions contained in the within user agreement
(hereinafter "User Agreement") and all applicable laws. Please
read the User Agreement carefully before using the Site. BY USING THE
SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT. If you
do not agree with any of the terms of the User Agreement you must not
use the Site. If you are not at least 18 years old you may not use the
Site without adult supervision. By using the Site you warrant that you
are at least 18 years old, are using the Site under the supervision of

Your Acceptance of the User Agreement

If The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports determines that you have not complied with any part of this
Agreement, it may terminate your access to the Site and any services provided
by the Site. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized
to access and use the Site and you are required to destroy all electronic
or other materials and copies of such materials obtained from the Site.
Your obligations under the User Agreement, including the warranties made
by you, and the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein
will survive the termination of the User Agreement.
Use of Intellectual Property

non-commercial home use as permitted by applicable copyright laws. This

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Great Outdoors
Expo at Riverfront Sports, its subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates,
from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses,
including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, arising out
of your breach of any provision of this User Agreement or any warranty
you provide herein, or otherwise arising in any way out of your use of
or postings to the Site.
Financial Information
In addition to, and without diminishing any other provision of this Agreement,
The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports assumes no responsibility for financial or securities information
provided on the Site. You hereby acknowledge that your reliance on any
financial or securities information received on or through the Site is
done at your own risk. You warrant that you will not engage in stock manipulation,
illegal proxy solicitation, or any other activity contrary to local, state,
or federal law, regulation of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
or any foreign law or regulation. The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports will not be liable to you or
any third party for any consequential, incidental, special or indirect
damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses and
damages that may result from inconvenience, delay, or loss of the use
of information, even if The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports is advised of the possibility of such
damages.
Fees
Access to and use of the Site is currently available without charge.
The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports reserves the right to charge a fee for access to the Site or use
of the Site, access to or use of parts of the Site or services available
on the Site at any time in the future. Your access to or use of the Site
during any time in which access is free does not entitle you to use the
Site without charge in the future.
Other
The User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to its conflicts of
law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the
courts of the State of Mississippi for any cause of action arising out
of this User Agreement. If a court deems any part of this User Agreement
invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. You
agree to file any cause of action with respect to this User Agreement
and your rights and obligations in Hinds County, State of Mississippi
within one year after the cause of action arises. You agree that a cause
of action filed after this date is barred.
Changes to this Agreement
The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, change,
or alter the User Agreement at any time. You agree to be bound by such
modifications or updates and should therefore periodically visit this
page to review the then current User Agreement to which you are bound.
The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports will attempt to post a notice of any such change on the Site.
By continuing to use the Site after a change is made, regardless of whether
The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports has posted a notice announcing that change, you accept and are
bound by the User Agreement as modified. Only The Great Outdoors Expo at Riverfront Sports or its affiliates
may alter this Agreement.
